This page describes exactly what happens to your data when you buy the bundle. It is short because the site does very little with it.
Jonas Farny, entrepreneur individuel (EI), 56 route de Sélestat, 68750 Bergheim, France. SIREN 917 683 633, SIRET 917 683 633 00023. Trading as HowToAutomate, reachable at contact@howtoautomate.tech, decides why and how your data is used.
Nothing else at the point of purchase. There is no account to create and no profile built about you.
Delivering what you paid for, and answering you if you write to us about your order. Your data is never sold, never rented, and never shared for advertising.
Two kinds, and they are not the same thing.
We do not pass your address to anyone else so that they can write to you.
That community, if it opens, would run on a messaging service such as WhatsApp, which works on phone numbers. So if you decide to join, we would ask for your number at that moment, and only then. Your phone number is never asked for when you buy, it is not needed to receive your files, and giving it is entirely your choice. If you give it, it is used to add you to the group and nothing else, and you can ask for it to be deleted whenever you want.
Each of them acts only on our instructions, and each publishes its own privacy terms.
The site stores two small values in your browser: the number of copies you chose and any promotional code you entered, so the page remembers them if you come back. They stay on your device, are never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes them.
We may measure which adverts bring people to the site, using a Meta pixel. It is loaded only if you press Accept on the banner that asks for it, and never before. If you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta. Your answer is remembered on your device so you are not asked again, and clearing your browser data resets it.
If you accept, Meta receives that you visited the site and, if you buy, the amount of the order. It does not receive your name or your email address from us.
Order records are kept for as long as accounting rules require, which is ten years. Emails you send us are kept for three years after our last exchange. If you are on the list described above, your address stays there until you unsubscribe, and is removed within days of you doing so. A phone number given to join the community is deleted when you leave it.
You can ask to see the data held about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to its use. Write to contact@howtoautomate.tech and you will get an answer within one month. If the answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Deleting your order record also removes our ability to reissue your download links, so keep your files somewhere safe first.
