What you are buying

A digital bundle of two PDF documents, delivered by download:

• Build Agents That Do The Work, a 69 page guide.
• Your First Agent In 7 Days, a 15 page workbook whose fields can be filled in and saved. Its totals calculate automatically in Adobe Acrobat Reader, which is free. In other PDF readers the fields still fill and save, but the totals do not add up on their own.

The price is 79.99 US dollars for the bundle. Any tax due is shown before you pay.

How the sale is concluded

You choose the number of copies, pay through Stripe, and the sale is concluded once Stripe confirms the payment. You are then taken to a page holding your download links, and the same links are sent to the email address you gave.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. If the download page does not open, or the email does not arrive, write to contact@howtoautomate.tech and your files will be sent directly.

Your download links stay valid for as long as your payment stands. They stop working if the payment is refunded or reversed.

What you may and may not do with the files

You are buying the right to use these documents. You are not buying the rights to them: they remain our property, and copyright applies.

You may read them, print them, fill in the workbook, keep your copies for as long as you like, and apply everything in them inside your own business, with no time limit. That includes using the prompts, templates and methods for your own commercial work.

You may not, without our written permission:

• resell them, in whole or in part, at any price;
• give them away free to anyone outside your business, however friendly the gesture;
• publish them, or upload them to a website, a shared drive, a forum, a messaging group, a file sharing service, or any AI training set;
• edit, translate, summarise, extract from or repackage them in order to distribute or sell the result, under your name or anyone else's;
• pass on your download links or your confirmation page, which give access to the files exactly as the files themselves do.

One purchase covers one business. If you want copies for a team, buy the matching number of copies at the checkout, which costs less than the trouble of not doing so.

If these terms are broken, we may cut off access to the files without refund, and pursue the matter as copyright infringement.

What the documents are and are not

They are practical instructional material. They are not legal, accounting, tax, or investment advice, and they do not promise any particular result. The figures they quote come from the sources named beside them and describe what others have achieved, not what you will achieve. What you get out of them depends on your own business and your own work.

Third party tools

The documents mention outside tools and services. They are named for convenience and their prices and features can change at any time without us being involved. Anything you sign up for with them is a contract between you and them.

Liability

Nothing here removes the rights the law gives you as a consumer. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle.

Refunds

Before paying you confirm that you want the files straight away and that you therefore give up your right to withdraw. Once the download has started the sale is final. The full detail is on the refund policy page.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you bought.
